Hazard Core Ashes 388g

If you’re comfortable with post-apocalyptic themes, the Hazard Core range is sure to appeal to you. After all, surviving in such harsh conditions requires excellent preparation. Fortunately, with Ashes pre-workout, you can prepare your muscles for a real battle for survival!

The unique environment is not the only characteristic of Ashes pre-trainer. This product has been developed by combining four individual complexes. Each of them contains several or more carefully selected substances, which will help you achieve even better results!

Nitric Oxide System

Nitric oxide is a crucial ally for all people who want to feel an intense muscle pump. That’s why the first complex contained in the Ashes pre-trainer is designed to boost nitric oxide synthesis and increase the intensity of the pump. This complex includes substances such as:

– Beta-alanine – the popular beta-alanine is the best researched dietary supplement for athletes. Regular use of beta-alanine strongly increases exercise capacity, thanks to which muscles can cope with the more significant strain.

– Citrulline malate – the combination of citrulline with malic acid significantly increases the absorption level of this amino acid. This is very important because citrulline has a very positive effect on the work of the circulatory system. This, in turn, makes muscles more effectively supplied with oxygen, which additionally increases their endurance.

– Arginine ketoglutarate – without an adequate arginine, practical nitric oxide synthesis would be completely impossible. No wonder then that Hazard Core enriched its supplement with an admixture of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. This form of amino acid is characterised by better assimilability and more effective action.

– Arginine nitrate – to further improve the effectiveness of the supplementation, the manufacturer decided to use as many as three forms of arginine. Therefore, apart from the described alpha-ketoglutarate, the pre-trainer also contains arginine nitrate, with an equally high assimilability level.

– Arginine silicate (stabilised with inositol) – the most advanced form of arginine is, however, arginine silicate created with the additional use of inositol. The synergistic action of all three forms of arginine described above will take nitric oxide synthesis in your body to a whole new level of intensity!

– GPLC (Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine) – apart from arginine, Hazard Core has also relied on three different forms of carnitine, another supplement that is well known to all athletes. The first of these is glycine propionyl-L-carnitine. This compound visibly dilates blood vessels, thus improving blood transport to the muscles.

– ALC (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) – the acetylated form of L-carnitine has a slightly different effect. In addition to the vasodilation above, ALC accelerates post-workout muscle regeneration and reduces muscle soreness.

– L-carnitine tartrate – equally interesting is the effect of L-carnitine tartrate. Some studies have shown that this compound may additionally affect the synthesis and subsequent use of testosterone. Therefore, the combination of all three forms of L-carnitine creates a very beneficial synergy.

Cell Volumizing ATP Complex

Without ATP, i.e. energy produced by the body’s cells, we would not live or perform everyday activities. Therefore, the ATP synthesis in all athletes should be as practical as possible. Now you can take care of this with a unique complex supporting ATP synthesis. It contains:

– Creatine malate – three forms of arginine and carnitine are not all, as Hazard Core has used as many as four states of creatine to create the ATP complex. The first, of course, is malate, which provides a visible increase in strength without increasing water retention in the body.

– Creatine hydrochloride (creatine HCL) – in many studies, creatine HCL, had a significantly higher bioavailability. Therefore its addition has a very beneficial effect on the effectiveness of supplementation.

– Creatine nitrate – creatine is stored mainly in muscle tissue, which means it has to get there first. Therefore, creatine nitrate effectively dilates blood vessels so that creatine can reach damaged muscle fibres faster.

– Creatine phosphate – muscle tissue also contains phosphocreatine, which is directly involved in ATP synthesis. This means that higher levels of this compound can intensify processes related to the production of cellular energy.

– Agmatine sulphate – additional agmatine supplementation may intensify muscle pumps by increasing the intensity of nitric oxide synthesis. This compound couldn’t be missing from the ATP complex!

– Glycerine monostearate (GMS) – glycerine is a compound that can absorb water very effectively. It, therefore, prevents excessive water retention during supplementation.

– Beta-cyclodextrin – this substance is used in pharmacology as a carrier of specific compounds. It allows the body to utilise better supplements supplied to it.

– L-taurine – the action of L-taurine is comprehensive, but particular attention should be paid to the ability of this compound to support the synthesis of nitric oxide and ATP. Therefore, it enhances the effects of both complexes contained in Ashes pre-trainer.

Neuro Energized Stimulant Ignition System

Extremely heavy training can have a negative effect on your cognitive abilities. This is not surprising, as an overtired body needs time to recover. That’s why the company Hazard Core has also created a complex that supports the body’s cognitive functions. Its composition includes:

– N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NAT/NALT) – tyrosine not only improves cognitive abilities but also reduces the body’s sensitivity to stress. Its effect is therefore decisive in athletes who subject their bodies to high pressure.

– Glucuronolactone – most scientific sources claim that glucuronolactone can speed up metabolism and improve liver function. However, other reports also refer to the positive effects of this substance on cognitive abilities, in particular, maintaining concentration and focus.

– Methylxanthine anhydrous – the effects of methylxanthine are not well understood, but researchers have identified several key facts. This compound supports the nervous system and leads to bronchodilation, allowing the body to take in more air (and oxygen). This property makes it an ideal supplement for athletes.

– Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) – this compound occurs naturally in human and animal bodies. DMAE has many uses, as scientists claim that it can, for example, reduce wrinkles. However, its other properties are crucial for athletes. For example, DMAE may increase performance, support memory and improve mood.

– 3’7-dihydro-3’7-dimethyl-1h-purine-2’6-dione – the described substance belongs to the same group of compounds as commonly used caffeine. Therefore, it adds energy, improves mood and reduces fatigue.

– DMAA and DMHA – these two substances probably don’t need to be introduced to anyone. They are two of the most potent stimulating compounds which instantly give you energy. Thanks to them, you will be able to train even when you are entirely lacking in strength and motivation to act.

– AMP citrate – this type of citrate has similar properties to the DMAA above and DMHA. Thus, it increases the level of perceived energy, although its effect is slightly milder.

– β-Methylphenethylamine (BMPEA) – BMPEA is an all-natural substance with unique properties. It is sometimes even compared to amphetamines as it strongly enhances both cognitive and performance abilities. In addition, BMPEA is a much safer compound with no addictive potential.

– Synephrine HCL and Methylsynephrine – both of the forms above synephrine have similar effects as they strongly stimulate the nervous system. In addition, they increase the synthesis of adrenaline and noradrenaline, and this effect is most visible during exercise!

– Methyl hordenine HCL – the methylated form of hordenine has a stimulating effect and accelerates the heart rate. Interestingly, it also has antibacterial properties!

– N-methyl-tyramine – thanks to N-methyl-tyramine, the body is much better at burning fat tissue. Moreover, this compound participates in energy production, thanks to which its action is doubly beneficial.

– Octopamine HCL – the octopamine contained in bitter orange helps you lose weight. This is why it is often found in fat burners. However, its positive effect on the nervous system should not be forgotten.

– Alpha-GPC – taking Alpha-GPC may not only improve cognitive abilities but also sports performance. After all, Alpha-GPC is deposited in the muscles. This, in turn, may explain the increases in strength and endurance resulting from supplementation.

– L-theanine – L-theanine contained in green tea leaves is a substance with proven calming effects. In addition, the use of L-theanine in the evening may make it easier to fall asleep and improve the quality of sleep.

– Naringin – the use of naringin is becoming increasingly popular due to its beneficial effects on weight loss. However, equally interesting is that naringin has a strong neuroprotective effect, i.e. it protects neurons from damage.

– Piperine – there is a reason why piperine is present in almost all dietary supplements. Piperine enhances the absorption of nutrients, which allows the body to utilise them better.

– Grape seed extract – this extract is rich in beneficial antioxidants and compounds that support brain function.

Electrolyte Vita Support Mix

The last complex contained in Ashes pre-workout was created by combining electrolytes and vitamins, such as:

– Vitamin C – probably everything has been written about the properties of vitamin C. It is a crucial compound for our health, immunity and well-being. Therefore, an additional dose of this vitamin in the daily diet will certainly not do any harm.

– B vitamin complex (B3, B6, B12) – B vitamins are used in many processes related to energy production. This is why their possible deficiency can cause a feeling of fatigue.

– Electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, potassium) – electrolytes is one of the basic principles of a healthy sport. Unfortunately, the body washes out these compounds with sweat, so they need to be replenished regularly. With Ashes pre-workout, you can do this much more conveniently.

Hazard Core recommends adjusting the dosage according to individual body tolerance. Therefore, beginners should use one scoop (approximately 7.75 g), while advanced athletes should use two scoops (about 15.5 g). This dose should be taken approx 15 minutes before the planned start of training.
